1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Bergs Fegen AB (reg. no. 556396-1357) and the customer regarding the purchase of products and services. By placing an order or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms.

3. Orders and Agreements
An agreement is considered entered into when Bergs Fegen AB has confirmed an order in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to decline an order.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments are subject to penalty interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not binding unless explicitly agreed in writing. Bergs Fegen AB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
6. Warranty and Claims
Bergs Fegen AB provides warranty in accordance with what is specified in the individual agreement. Claims must be made in writing within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bergs Fegen AB's liability is limited to direct damages and shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or production losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All material on our website, including images, texts, 3D models, and the configurator tool, is protected by copyright and belongs to Bergs Fegen AB. The material may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Disputes
Disputes arising from these terms shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction, with Borås District Court as the court of first instance. Swedish law shall apply.
10. Changes
Bergs Fegen AB reserves the right to update these terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
